RETURN POLICY

Lightning Wines is committed to producing wines of exceptional quality from the greatest vineyards in California. We want all of our customers to be delighted with the wine received.

Our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving the fulfillment center. If you notice a defect of any kind upon opening your wine, please contact us for a replacement bottle. We will do our best to replace with the same vintage, but reserve the right to substitute with the current vintage when needed.

Please be sure to inspect all packages upon receipt. Should any bottle(s) be broken or otherwise compromised during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will immediately arrange to have replacement bottle(s) shipped. If the entire package was destroyed in transit, please keep the original package(s) and its contents and we will arrange to have the shipment picked up. A replacement shipment will be sent out as soon as possible.

Lightning Wines wants to provide the best possible wine experience for our customers. If any questions or issues arise, please contact us and we would be pleased to provide assistance.

Our goal in offering mailings and email announcements to the consumer is to inform you of new releases, Lightning Wines events in your area, and opportunities to purchase wines that otherwise would not be available. The information provided to Lightning Wines will not be shared with or sold to any other individuals or companies.

By filling out this form, we understand that you have given permission to Lightning Wines to send you updates via the mail and email. You can remove your name from our mailing and email list at any time by contacting us directly, either by mail, phone, fax or email.

When signing up for the the Lightning Wines Grenache Society or submitting a wine order on our website with a credit card, all credit card records and transactions occur via secure methods.
